Bodycare Recipes
Face / Eye Serum Recipe
Argan Oil --------- 30 grams--- 2 Tablespoons
Wheatgerm Oil--- 5 grams---- 1 teaspoon
Rosehip Oil -------- 5 grams----- 1 teaspoon
Rice bran Oil ----- 5 grams----- 1 teaspoon
Essential Oils are optional - here’s our suggestion but you can add the ones you think appropriate for your skin.
8 drops rosewood essential oil
8 drops lavender essential oil
Mix all the oils together and pour into a 30ml bottle or 4 Glass Roll on bottles
Apply all over face before bed and under and around eyes as needed.

Seaweed Face Mask
2 tsp - Seaweed Powder
1 tsp - White Clay
1 tsp - Liquid Honey (unpasteurized)
2 tsp - Aloe Vera (liquid or gel)
4 drops - Relax or Skin Therapy Essential Oil (optional)
Mix the seaweed together with the clay. Add the honey and enough aloe to make a spreadable paste that will not drip.
Add in the drops essential oil of your choice.
Method for Seaweed Face Mask
Cleanse face well.
Prepare the mask as above. Cover face and neck area with a layer of seaweed paste.
Leave for 20-30 minutes until dry.
Dampen to rehydrate mask and rub face and neck area to exfoliate.
Rinse off with warm water, finish of with a moisturiser
Be mindful not get the mask too close to the eyes. It is always important that whatever you do to your face you do
as well to your neck area including moisturizing.

Clay Body Mask
Pure natural clay to exfoliate, stimulate circulation, and aid the body in eliminating toxins for all skin type.
This mask can be used on your face or entire body as a body wrap
100g - Canadian Glacial Clay (light)
50g - Warm Water 10g - Your choice of mineral salt for extra detoxification. Canadian salts, Dead Sea Salts or regular sea salts if desired.
Add the salts to the water to disolve. Add 1/2 to the dry clay stir and add more until the desired concistancy.
10g - Glycerin
10g - Avocado Oil
Stir well
If you are not using this mask immediately add
1/4 tsp preservative - Germall or Liquipar
for relaxation add a few drops of lavender essential oil
for cleansing add a few drops of the citrus celebration blend of Essential oils
Apply an even thin layer to the face and or body avoiding the eyes. Let dry aprox 15min. Rince or shower off and apply moisturizer as necessary.

FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH CREAM (or at least a little closer to it)
Part A Emulsifying Wax:  17 grams
Stearic Acid: 7 grams
Pomegranate Seed Oil: 8 grams
Calendula Oil: 10 grams
Avocado Oil Refined:  8 grams
Virgin Rosehip Oil: 8 grams
Glycerin: 5 grams
Part B Water (Boiling Hot): 225 grams
Part C Vitamin E: 2 grams
Preservative (liquipar or Germall): 2 grams
Fragrance or Essential Oils - Drops to desired scent level Procedures:
1. Measure out ingredients of part A into mixing bowl.
2. Measure out water of Part B, and pour slowly into part A with stirring. If emulsifyers do not melt microwave for a short burst.
3. Stir as product slowly cools.
4. When lotion reaches 35 to 40 degrees Celsius add ingredients of Part C
5. If you are unsure if you have stirred enough to emulsify use a hand blender for a few seconds to finish blending cream
This cream is high in vitamines to help rebuild and repair cells. The vitamin "C" that is present in the rosehip and avocado oils will help with age spots and dark circles under the eyes.
