Ordering / Payment /Shipping / Return Policies
1. We have a Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. All returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify for a refund.
2. Returns authorized beyond the two week period will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
3. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer and they will be accountable for return freight. Please submit orders in writing/webstore whenever possible.
4. All returns must be shipped by ground Postal Service to avoid any customs and brokerage charges. If returned by any other shipping method, customers will be responsible for those charges.
5. All products must be returned in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue a refund or credit
All orders are processed in Canadian Funds. Your credit card company will convert to your applicable currency when the transaction is completed.

Payment Option 1 - shopping cart
Our secure shopping cart. Simply:
- Select your items by adding to basket,
- View shopping basket
- Move to checkout - you can order with or without setting up an account
- Fill out correct shipping address and form of payment
- Once payment has been entered, click to finish.
- Once order has been sent, you will receive an automatic reply with a subtotal before shipping charges have been calculated. We normally respond within 24 regular business hours and confirm the order (available stock, etc.) and complete shipping charges.
Due to the limitations of the website and various sizes and weights of our stock, we must calculate shipping charges manually. We apologise for this inconvenience.
If you are concerned about shipping costs, please advise by separate email after your order has been placed. Your order will be confirmed with shipping charges before the order is sent out.
Please check your email confirmation within 24 hours.
Your order is normally shipped within 24 hours (business hours) unless we receive cancellation via email.
If you are paying by paypal you will receive a seperte paypal request for the shipping total as the shopping cart does not claculate and add on the shipping.
Payment Option 2 - Paypal
-You may pay directly through the shopping cart but you will receive a seperate request for the shipping amount as the shopping cart does not add in the shipping.
- You may also use the shopping cart and select payment by check.
- Simply enter check #123 to prompt for Paypal payment.
- Send us a quick email following the order and we will send you the invoice, once the order has been totalled including the shipping charges.
Payment Option 3 - Money Orders
We are happy to accept payment by Certified International Money Order (guaranteed funds) or Certified Canadian Funds by mail if you wish.
If you pay by personal cheque, shipping may be delayed until approved by bank.
